Based in West London plus home working either as a full time employee or would suit a first time long term contractor with a Limited company. Immediate - July start date but we will wait for the right candidates. Run the JDA & MS Dynamics application internal processes, and SQL batch jobs delivering interfaces from SAP and Legacy systems to run a green-field supply chain operation. These roles will investigate tickets, Fix bugs, test & deploy application fixes, deliver against the set service targets, manage Remedy ticket resolution, track & report issues, identify service risks, track progress, analyse the impact of changes, and provide root cause analysis for high priority defects. The role will also support minor & major application releases and deliver application testing for monthly Microsoft operating system & Oracle & SQL server database patch bundling. SQL Server, Oracle DBA and Remedy systems experience is essential for these roles and JDA Manugistics, MS & SAP skills would be an advantage. There is the opportunity to operate on a day & night shift pattern or a single shift with a rota for call out.

Application Service Provision Manager

Based in West London either full time employee or long term contractor with a Limited company. Immediate - July start date but we will wait for the right candidate Run the Application Development and Maintenance operation for a supply chain systems focused support team. The role will manage the team to; deliver against the set service targets, manage Remedy ticket resolution, track & report issues, mitigate service risks, manage supplier & customer escalations, report progress, analyse the impact of changes, prepare & maintain the application development roadmap and provide root cause analysis for high priority defects. The role will also plan minor and major application releases and deliver application testing for monthly Microsoft operating system & Oracle & SQL server database patch bundling. This is a green-field customer site support team so the manager will need to have great customer facing skills and supply chain systems experience. The systems in scope are JDA, & SAP, so a strong operations management or Super User track record with JDA Manugistics would be ideal and SAP operations experience would be an added advantage. ITIL, and Degree level qualifications and Remedy systems experience would be ideal, but not essential.
